Payments

  • Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe. Card numbers, CVV, and bank details never touch our servers.
  • We retain only the minimum billing metadata (customer id, session id, invoice id, amount, currency) required for receipts, refunds, and tax records.
  • Tax invoices may be retained for up to 8 years in line with Indian statutory requirements, even after an account is deleted.

Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023 & GDPR)

  • Access & portability: you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a machine-readable format.
  • Correction: you can ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated data tied to your account.
  • Erasure: you can delete your account from Account → Settings. Personal data is removed, except records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax invoices).
